Extractions & Implant Placement
Surgery day, morning
Under sedation, non-restorable teeth are removed, the site is prepared, and the implants are placed to plan. Insertion torque is measured at every implant — this is the go/no-go for loading the same day.
Conversion of the Fixed Provisional
Surgery day, afternoon
A digital scan captures the implant positions, and the pre-designed provisional bridge is fitted and secured to the implants — fixed in place, not removable.
You Go Home With Fixed Teeth
Same day

Final Bridge After Integration
